Ethics are defined as moral principles that govern a person's behaviour or the conducting of an activity. A theory/system of moral values: "An ethic of service is at war with a craving for gain". The rules or standards governing the conduct of a person or the members of a profession. Ethics of principled conviction asserts that intent is the most important factor. Ethics are vital for inculcating traits of good citizen in students.

Personality Development could be described as grooming and polishing of behaviour, gestures, responses, traits etc. under different circumstances to make person more sociable.

We at GIPS provide compulsory and regular classes for ethics and Personality development, theoretically and practically with the help of different processes.
